We offer this service 7 days a week.
To make the immigration medical exam appointment run smoothly, please bring:
- government-issued valid passport and additional Photo Identification (Photo ID)
- Immunization record (as complete as possible, this will save big bucks)
We will do Blood and Urine tests on the day of the exam; no fasting is needed for the Blood test. usually takes at least 3 days to get the test results.

Renew your DOT/CDL certificate today. DOT certificate is good for up to 24 months.

The exam results will be electronically submitted to FMCSA on the same day.
What does the driver need to bring?
- List of Current medications
- Supporting medical documents. If you have any health conditions, bring the name/contact information for the doctor who treats you for each condition
- Eyewear and hearing aids
- Stay hydrated, avoid coffee, and take your daily medications as prescribed
